Privacy Policy

1. About Skeoz

Skeoz is a personal finance and faith companion ("Skeoz," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Skeoz app (the "App").

2. Information We Handle

Account information. If you create an account, we process information such as your name, email address, account identifier, and sign-in provider information.

Information you create. Skeoz lets you record financial information, budgets, goals, prayers, answered prayers, and journal entries. We do not connect to your bank or collect your banking password.

Technical information. Crash and performance services may process information such as your device model, operating system, App version, installation identifiers, crash reports, and performance measurements. We do not intentionally include the contents of your financial, prayer, or journal entries in these reports.

Subscription information. RevenueCat and the applicable app store process information needed to manage purchases, subscription status, and premium access. Skeoz does not receive your complete payment-card details.

3. Local and Cloud Storage

For free users, information created in Skeoz remains on the device, although it may be included in device backups depending on your settings. Deleting the App generally removes its local data.

For premium users, App data is also synced to Cloud so it can be restored and used across devices. This includes the financial, prayer, answered-prayer, and journal information entered in the App.

4. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information, use financial or journal content for advertising, or use entry contents to create advertising profiles.

5. Services We Use and Sharing

We use Cloud for authentication, premium cloud storage, and technical diagnostics; RC for subscription management; and Apple or Google for app-store payments. These providers process only the information needed to perform their services under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the App, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of Skeoz. We do not send the contents of your financial, prayer, answered-prayer, or journal entries to RevenueCat or advertising services.

6. Retention, Security, and International Processing

Local information remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App, subject to device backups. Premium cloud information is retained while your account remains active and is deleted following a valid account-deletion request, except for limited backups or records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your cloud account information by emailing support@skeoz.com. Additional rights may apply under the law where you live.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable store.

8. Children's Privacy

Skeoz is not intended for children under 13. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as Skeoz changes. Material updates will be communicated through the App or on this page, and the date above will be revised.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@skeoz.com.
