1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Skeoz (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Skeoz is a personal finance application that helps users budget, track transactions, and grow in financial stewardship from a Christian faith perspective. Certain features are available on a free tier, while others require a paid subscription ("Premium").
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Skeoz. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@skeoz.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
- Premium features are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through the applicable app store's in-app purchase system.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play).
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the financial data and other content you enter into the App ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful code or interfere with its normal operation.
8. Not Financial or Professional Advice
Skeoz is a tool to help you organize and reflect on your finances. Content within the App, including budgeting suggestions and faith-based reflections, is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by Skeoz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skeoz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
